Beautiful apartment building, originally founded as the New York Lying In Hospital by J.P. Morgan and designed by architect Robert H. Richardson (1849-1919). The architect also designed the Park Row Building in New York, the world's tallest office building until 1908, and the Church of the Presidents in Elberon, NJ. i really didn't want to write but i truly feel I have an obligation to let others who want to live here. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I have lived in this building for years and the experience is bad, all because of the awful super, Will. The building super, Will, is non responsive, condescending, stupid, and excuse oriented rather than solution oriented. He is not concerned with actually fixing any problems rather he instructs his workers to blindly tell tenants that no matter the problem (mice, mold etc) that everything's okay rather... read more
