When my husband and I walked past Rutherford last Saturday, we were attracted by the beautiful pearl products displayed in the windows. Once inside, Rosanna greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel very welcome. She took the time to introduce a variety of pearl pendants and earrings within our budget range. Her professionalism, knowledge, and patience made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. It was a wonderful shopping experience, and I absolutely adore my new pearl pieces. Highly recommended!
We met with Rosanna at Rutherford who patiently went through the different types of pearls, color, sizes & variations. Rosanna helped narrow down the choices until I was happy with my choice of the Akoya pearls with a beautiful pair of earrings. Rosanna re-assured me that I would be happy and I was extremely excited and happy with my choice. Thank you Rosanna for your excellent service. I hope to back again to add to my collection.
I was unhappy that I could not return a gift, however, Emily was able help me find something that I am happy with. Emily's service was excellent. The lack of one star is the fact the store does not offer refunds, only exchanges.
