Very rude receptionist, refuses to give an appointment. Don’t recommend their services at all and looking to change myself
Receptionist was very rude on the phone and hung up on me while I was asking to get in touch with doctor. Absolutely terrible patient experience with this receptionist
Called today to make an appointment to see my family doctor, only to be told they only accept walk-in's now and are no longer considered as a family doctor, one less in Ontario during this lack of GP crisis... shame.
This is going to be a SCATHING review so buckle up ladies and gents. I’ve been here twice before, where the doctor tried to diagnose me with PCOS (basically infertility)😃 sent me to do a bunch of tests, but never called me back and I never got a response by calling myself. I was getting progressively more and more sick, almost fainted twice at work and was practically bedridden at that point before I started scrambling to try and find a new doctor (there are none 😃😃).
