Last week we took our newborn Joshua to Dr. Sit for his 1st visit and it was great. The staff was attentive and the service was fast. His nurse first took all the measurables and explained things to us and shewas fabulous. We then met with Dr. Sit and we had read the reviews ahead of time and most were really good and some just didnt line up for us after she saw Joshua. Even the star is too much for this clinic! I went there with my 7 years son and they try to force me to wear a mask and when I said I don’t want to put it on for me and my son they said you can’t see the doctor without the mask although the government remove the mandate to wear the mask in Ontario Anyways Noura is the best and she is helping alot
I am quietly disappointed with their service. I went in an emergency for my kid treatment. He is a Canadian citizen and have health card too . Even after that they charged 120 dollars with a commitment to refund the whole money . But now they are not even picking up a single call . I have no option in an emergency except to pay . But that doesn’t mean they will cheat . I don’t recommend anyone to visit and get scammed too .
