They don't even deserve a one star from us. We used this company to install a new Heating and AC system. That went well so we referred them to several of our neighbors who ended up using them to install complete new heating/AC systems. NOT ONE WORD of thanks or acknowledgement from this business as a result of our referrals allowing them to pick up at least business on several new full systems. NOTHING!! I have been used Rutherford Heat and Air for 14 years and have always had great service. Also had them install a new unit. Today Jonathan came out on a very hot day and took care of the problem in 30 minutes and was on his way with cold air blowing. He went above and beyond expectations for me. Wayne T.
RecommendedOn Christmas Eve one of these dedicated gentleman came out and fixed my coworker heat! Nothing like that customer service 😘🥰😍
Harley was here 8 days and did an amazing job. He was polite, professional, and a pleasure to work with.
AC unit was cutting on and off alot and Alan from Rutherford Heating and Air diagnosed the issue and fixed it super quick, he said my Unit was over charged by alittle over 1lb, he was such a pleasure talking to and he was very professional, customer service was absolutely awesome
Poor customer service! These guys failed to tell me how my portable unit works and I woke up to a living room full of water. I’d like to point out that I am a RENTER so this bad review has nothing to do with money but everything to do with their failure to educate their customers.
Our air went out last night. Called this morning & they made every effort to get someone out ASAP. Josh came & had the problem taken care of immediately, we are so thankful that they could do this for us! Thank You so much!
The service tech went above and beyond to save my old system. Recommended an efficient and cost effective replacement. Install crew was professional and on point. Follow up service has been fantastic. I would recommend Rutherford Heating and Air for any work you need done.
Josh Waters is the BEST service technician I have ever had the pleasure of working with! This young man knows his stuff! Very impressive!
