We just had a baby last week on Tuesday and on Friday our family doctor referred us to this clinic.. we were waiting to get enrolled in the clinic but today (Thursday) we had some concern about our baby and wanted to see the doctor.. so we decided to head straight to emergency but since this clinic was on the way we thought we wud give it a shot... Our children have been patients of this clinic for many years; however, over the past year, the service has deteriorated. Appointments are hard to book, it’s impossible to reach anyone over the phone, and messages aren’t answered. When these concerns are brought to management, they become defensive and ask us to leave. I share feedback because I genuinely care and want them to improve, but this place clearly does not respect that!
We are so incredibly grateful to have found Dr. Amy Lavorato. She has been nothing short of a blessing for our family. From the moment we walked into her office, we could feel the warmth and care she brings to her work.
