I needed a part for my Pianosa TT and Norm was incredibly helpful. I was visiting from San Diego and contacted Rutherford. Norm answered my call and came to the office on a holiday and got the part ready for me and showed how to replace the part. This is an example of service above and beyond. Thanks Norm
Solid 5 Star rating. I was looking everywhere for Thorens Parts without luck before running across these guys. They had all the parts I needed in their store. But that isn't the only perk that would have me coming back to this business. Their customer service is also awesome. I live in SLC, Utah and was able to reach and chat with knowledgeable people on each of my calls and parts arrived at my front door within days of order. Will continue using this business.
