I really love Dr Russell. She takes the time needed to take care of her patients. I too have waited and I also have spent a lot of time with Dr Russell during my appointments and I’m not going to complain as she works very hard and I’m sure she’s missed several lunches and/or breaks! Im very thankful for Dr Russell’s staff too! They are always cheerful and accommodating! Thank you Dr Russell and your staff! I pray you all have an awesome 2020!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼
I've been seeing Dr Russell for 4 years now, and I'm moving and so so sad I won't be able to see her anymore. She actually cares about her patients, takes her time to get to know you and what's going on... I loved her!
Just met Dr. Russell today, she was amazing! In regards to her running late as posted by someone else it’s probably because she actually takes time with the patient and really is interested in your diagnosis and plan of care. Working in a private practice for 21 years I recommend you make either the 1st appointment of the day or 1st appointment after lunch. That’s what I did and didn’t wait more than 10 minutes. Do not ever plan on seeing this Dr. on time. She or her office either overbook or fail to respect their Patients time. She is typically over an hour late and you sit in her patient room waiting and then she takes forever to see you. You can also hardly ever get an appt. within a week or two. It’s thpically over one to two months out. Find a better place to go.
