Great Doctor my husband and I are really grateful and blessed. The doctor was amazing herself, but the whole experience was an overall cluster you know what. My first time ever going to the gyno, and I was told “if you mention anything about smells or symptoms, you will be charged”. WHAT THE HELL?! My insurance fully covers well women’s checkups, but I was charged $98 for asking a simple question because they link that to “a specific issue”. ZERO STARS FOR MALPRACTICE at its finest. I had lab work taken and I called Dr. Ruth Victor office weeks after when I didn’t receive a call back. I didn’t receive a call back until a MONTH after?! When I finally did receive a call from Dr. Ruth Victor receptionist, it was on a Friday, 5 minutes before 5pm. She quickly mentioned I needed to come in for a re-test and scheduled me close to 3 weeks out saying there was nothing available sooner.
