Ruth is always welcoming, tuned in , and present. She asks the hard questions and supports you as you act on them. She addresses the long term issues you have to address and do the work on. I had a range of crises , losses and challenges pretty early on in our work .Ruth has a breadth of knowledge and skills , and ways of approaching issues that inform me and help me learn and set direction and dreams for myself.I feel fortunate to have Ruth as my therapist.
Ruth is simply great at what she does. I’m very grateful I was referred to her because she helped me very, very much and I learn a lot from her with every session. Thank you, Ruth!
