Every time we visit Dr. Sepanian, it's like a breath of fresh air. Our daughter was born with a variety of hurdles to navigate: multiple allergies, reflux, lip/tongue ties, and jaundice. Throughout it all, Dr. Sepanian has been a constant source of incredible knowledge, kindness, and stability for us. Her staff (especially Lily!) has always been so wonderful as well. So far I am very happy with Dr. Sepanian. I switched from Kaiser and so far I have no complaints. She is very attentive and listens well to every concern. I write to her with questions or concerns about my baby and right away someone is reaching out to me via phone to get further information. She doesn’t seem to push on treatments you don’t want. My husband even likes her. Which is a big plus. So happy with her and her team.
Dr. Sepanian is an outstanding pediatrician. She and her team are kind, compassionate. She always takes the time to listen to our concerns and answer our questions. We never feel rushed, and our children always feel comfortable during visits. We are so grateful for the exceptional care and genuine dedication they show to our family. I highly recommend Dr. Sepanian to any parent looking for a knowledgeable and caring pediatrician.
ID GIVE HER A ZERO IF I COULD! Do NOT go to Dr. Sepanian. I fought a bill for a year for services I NEVER RECEIVED. I took my twins to see her for their 6 month check up. The nurse took my girls' weight and height. When the Dr. came into the room, she didn’t say hello, looked at my chart and said “oh wow you have the good insurance” and within 30 seconds, my 2 year old son fell off the step stool and hit the back of his head.
