Crab cakes were excellent, filet mignon was cooked perfectly and very tender. The Embassy’s slice of heaven was big enough for two and very flavorful. Service was fast and very friendly. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend them

Favorite place for a happy hour and hula show. I know whatever location I go to the food is consistently excellent. The bartenders and staff are always on their A game. Even the hostess let us wait inside before it was open so we could sit in the air conditioning until the bar/restaurant was open. I thought that extremely considerate instead melting outside in the heat.
Ruth Chris has an amazing menu, each item is perfected and delicious. Their attention to detail is spot on. Wonderful, friendly service. A little pricey but well worth it for a splurge or special occasion.
Went here for our anniversary, dinner was great and the drinks were good too.
I’m a waitress and I’ll tell you our experience was amazing. From happy hour the most delicious appetizers and cocktails the best we’ve had here in waikoloa. Dinner was one of the best ever and the manager bartenders and waiters exceptional. I’d say my favorite evening here. Went to roys first and wouldn’t go back. Thank you all once again for making our evening memorable. My friends from Detroit and my husband said the steak was one of the best ever.

This place was amazing!!! The food was beyond amazing, the service was spectacular. Wyatt is an awesome server. We definitely recommend to anyone! We had steak, mashed potatoes, mushrooms, asparagus and the ice cream pie.... everything was perfect!
