Let me make it short and clear! My husband and i never had a bad meal here!
Service was #1 here. George our main server and Danny were awesome. We ordered the rock oysters, too chicken to try it but those who had it said it was good. Had the crab stuffed mushrooms, it was ok it tasted a little more like bread crumbs vs the crab. We also ordered the lobster Mac and cheese but no jalapeño for the little one and it was A+ for her minus the lobster. Been here so many times can’t count. Every time the cowboy ribeyes is awesome! Even better the next day with scrambled eggs for breakfast. As well as the sweet potato casserole always on point. Love the Restaurant Row location. Amazing service see you next time in August for my bday.
We would like to give much props and many mahalos to Koa at Ruth’s Steak House on Ala Moana Blvd. Everyone made our experience one of the best I’ve ever had. Everyone especially Koa made our special night that more memorable! The food was amazing and service was exceptional. Koa took such good care of us! Even watching everyone interacting with the customers was awesome. Thank you again! We will be seeing you all again soon!
They must’ve been having an off night because the server got our app wrong even when he came back to ask us twice what we wanted. Then our rice was under cooked, the roasted corn was over cooked, tomatoes in our salad over ripe, and the mash was watery. Even the room we were in was all the way in the back by the bathrooms in a room that looked like we were in a walk-in closet. Hey but at least we were out for date night, 450$ plus 100$ tip later, we expected better especially on Valentines.
