Update: Josh, the manager called me today and offered to make it right. To ensure we come back and have dinner on them. This is one of the many reasons we come back. They go above and beyond for their patrons. Can’t beat the level of service from Ruth’s team. Thanks again josh and team. My wife and I visited for our 12 year anniversary last night. Atmosphere and food was excellent ! We spent our 30 year wedding anniversary there . Waiter was amazing as well . Only dislike was the screaming baby next to us
The service was superb and the food was excellent. I cannot lavish enough praise on Ruth's Chris. Admittedly, I was hesitant at first with this being a chain, but that quickly passed. The ambiance was lovely and the servers and bussers were quick and polite. I skipped getting an appetizer because I wasn't sure how much I could eat. I loved my dining experience. From the hostess at the door, to the waiters and waitress, I think we had 4 different servers attending us, to the manager. Everyone was pleasant. The dinner was top notch. The atmosphere was nice. I loved everything about my dining experience. I will be back someday.

Me and my husband went their yesterday to celebrate us getting married on Friday. It was amazing! Service was great. Every waiter and waitress was willing to help out. And the food was amazing. The steak was cooked perfectly. We both loved it! It was worth every penny and we will definitely be returning in the future.
