I visited Ruth's Chris last night while I was in SLC for my birthday & for LDS General Conference. My husband made an online reservation for Saturday night at 7:30 on Friday. He received a call on Saturday afternoon confirming our reservation & time. We arrived just before 7:30 & checked in with the host. Best place ever!! The manager was so nice and they made my trip with my wife so awesome! I am active duty Army, I am on leave visiting our family here in Utah like we always do. However this time I wanted to do something special for my wife, I called and set up reservations, I ask for a table by itself with Rose petals and they made it all happen and treated us so special! Don't forget the food, it was amazing!!! I will definitely go back and recommend top notch!! Thank you!

Tonight sucked! Service was bad! Asked for steamed spinach instead of Creamed and was told NO! The chef won’t do it! WTF? The chef won’t fill a customer’s request? What kind of service is that? Ordered the shoestring potatoes, I got hash browns, sent them back, I got McDonalds soggy fries, Again WTF? Ordered the side mushrooms B/C the chef wouldn’t do steamed spinach instead of creamed.
