This is what I ordered and this it what I got. Ridiculous. Total scam.
DO NOT ORDER FROM RUTHS ROSES! I placed an order on 4/30/26 for same day delivery. My order was the Deluxe Pink Delight. Priced at $69.99. The order was not delivered. Upon reaching out to customer service I was told it had been delivered. It in fact was not. The delivery was made on 5/1. The flowers that arrived looked nothing like what the online bouquet that was pictured. Once again I reached out to customer service. They insisted that I order the standard arrangement. Ordered the exact same arrangement to be delivered to the same address, on the same day. One was delivered, while the other was not. Despite their policy posted online, no delivery confirmation and zero communication regarding missed delivery. Almost 20 minutes wasted with order support who was zero help and could barely speak English. This business is trash.
Amazing and beautiful experience! When my roses got here to me, They were wrapped up in a beautiful paper and secured at the bottom for my vase, I was called by phone, and my door bell was rung so I was notified twice! I felt good to know this! When I went to door and recievied the roses and open them up! I was amazed at how beautiful and vibrant and breathtaking my roses were, the vase that they came in was stunning! Thank you! For the great experience!
Horrific company and customer service! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY flowers through this company. They are a 3rd party company who purchases the flowers from Jewel and Jewel ships the flowers via UBER! My driver stole my bouquet and the vendor did nothing to help after hours of going back and forth showing the order did nothing deliver and it was cancelled by the driver . No one could assist me or issue refund, I am warning all of these scammers. Reporting to BBB ASAP!
