These people are the biggest scam artists that you will ever meet. They will have you pay for flowers and then never deliver them. This place is 100% a scam and they shouldn’t be in business. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND MONEY FOR NOTHING IN RETURN.
Ordered an arrangement for my mother's funeral, confirmation email, money out of my account. The next day email saying they couldn't make the arrangement, didn't have the supplies. Very disappointed

This is what I ordered and this it what I got. Ridiculous. Total scam.
DO NOT ORDER FROM RUTHS ROSES! I placed an order on 4/30/26 for same day delivery. My order was the Deluxe Pink Delight. Priced at $69.99. The order was not delivered. Upon reaching out to customer service I was told it had been delivered. It in fact was not. The delivery was made on 5/1. The flowers that arrived looked nothing like what the online bouquet that was pictured. Once again I reached out to customer service. They insisted that I order the standard arrangement.
