Horrific company and customer service! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY flowers through this company. They are a 3rd party company who purchases the flowers from Jewel and Jewel ships the flowers via UBER! My driver stole my bouquet and the vendor did nothing to help after hours of going back and forth showing the order did nothing deliver and it was cancelled by the driver . No one could assist me or issue refund, I am warning all of these scammers. Reporting to BBB ASAP!

My wife never recieved her flowers. She works at the VA and Ruth roses said they are specialists at delivery to the VA. Beware! Use them at your own risk. You will likely get your money taken and never see a flower. I will be working with my credit card company to rectify the situation. But from someone else. Not reputable.

RUN THE OTHER WAY! I feel scammed but it’s my fault. I didn’t read reviews and that’s something I always do! They ARE NOT local to anywhere! Never again. Kept avoiding the question on “what’s the total?” 1) They didn’t deliver on the promised day. 2) multiple attempts to attempt to resolve and kept getting put on hold. 3) flowers were left IN THE SNOW (see pic) and only did ding dong ditch at the door. This is the worst flower place in the city took my money lied to me about same-day delivery and told me I had to wait 48 hours just for them to do an investigation on the situation that they cost not delivery the flowers. I called every single hour of the day asking did the flowers get delivered they told me they cannot get in contact with their drivers. They will call me back. It’s already been two days. Ruth’s Roses Florist Made an order for over $90 and a day later they said they would not be able to fill my order and they were going to issue a refund on my credit card. Never did even though I called and they lied saying it was refunded. Had to file a claim with My credit card company. This is a SHAM company. Read all the other reviews before considering an order. BEWARE!!!! Research this florist before using!
