This is the WORST floral delivery service I have ever used. I’ve always had positive experiences with flower delivery services. First, they subtly try to advertise they are a local flower shop. They ate not. They couldn’t deliver the order and didn’t call the person to whom they were sent to & they didn’t call me until late in the day and said no one was home. I never received my order. My refund was late and there is a large service charge. If I had read these reviews first I never would have placed an order.

I placed an order with Ruth’s Roses because their website promised same-day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM, and the bouquet photos looked beautiful. Unfortunately, the flowers were not delivered on the day I ordered — despite placing it well before the cutoff time. I received no updates, no confirmation, and no response from the team for two full days. I ordered flowers for my Grandma's 85th birthday. This is a milestone and the flowers came a day later. I was extremely disappointed. A rip off and completely unprofessional. Be careful!
