We were first time home buyers and really had no idea what we were doing. Everybody else we talked to kept telling us what to do and we didn't understand any of it. Mr. Ruth took the time to explain everything to us so we never felt rushed or under pressure. We learned so much and felt that we were always in control. We love our home and know none of this would have worked out the same if we would have used someone else.

We even talked to some others around the area who "sounded" good, but decided that we wanted local people who really know the area and had been around for a long time. But they answered all of our questions, worked everything out and took care of things for us. They really went the extra mile and looked out for us.
