Even a rating of "1" is to high; the actual moving workers were ok or good for the most part. The deception of Ruth Movers came when the owner gave time and fee estimates that were no where near what I was invoiced for. I paid 2-1/2 times more than what was quoted. The owner, his wife and the back office people deliberately misrepresent in their estimates of what they know to be true costs to move.
