Ruth, helped us secure a home loan with a colleague. Prior to us finding our home. It was a smooth transition. We secured a loan and were able to know what we could afford. Prior to finding our home. She even came out late night on closing to give us our keys. She is a humble caring person. Who will Not pressure you on to a sale.
