Dr Higdon showed care and concern above what you usually find in a physician. She was instrumental in helping my wife during a very difficult time in our lives and we will always be greatful for her skills, professionalism and kindness.
Dr Higdon is a wonderful, talented surgeon. She is very personable. She even called me 2 days after I got home from the hospital (it was mothers day) to see how I was doing and we even chatted for a bit. She will laugh with you and she is understanding of the emotions that go along with surgery. She is kind and is very good with explaining what is going on and everything you need to know or have questions about.
Doctor Ruth Higdon is a fantastic and extremely talented physician/surgeon. She took excellent care of me, and followed up for 2 years after my surgery. I highly recommend her! ❤
Dr. Higdon is an excellent doctor! I was diagnosed with a rare(ish) OB cancer, and Dr. Higdon has shown nothing but compassion in every step of my treatment process. She has been patient, understanding, responsive, and empathetic towards me as a patient. I never feel any sort of reluctance when I feel the need to ask her questions, as she always responds with kindness and understanding.
