Great selection of roses There are only a few places in Durham, NC that I get flowers from. This is one of the best places for selection and arrangement, but also is pricey. I have gotten over 50 roses on different occasions from Ruth's florist. Each time the arrangement has been beautiful. They seem to have the best red roses in town. I have also gotten peace lillies and some other types of flower/plants here to accent the roses I get. The flowers from this place seem to also last longer than roses I get from anywhere else.
Very Pleased I got practically all my flowers from here for my wedding. I love the staff, they were very nice and friendly. They sat down with me and worked with me on making sure I stayed within my budget. They had all the flowers in on time and my bouquet was the best
Run like hell Worst retail experience ever. Incompetent people who could not even deliver flowers on Valentines day. And they call themselves florists?
Baffled Customer I made an internet purchase and called during business hours to verify the order. I was told by a rude worker (name kept off the internet) that deliver that day couldn't be guaranteed. The rude attendant went on to explain that they had too many orders and weren't taking anymore (must me a good economy) all this in a rude manner. I explained that it doesn't make sense to receive Valentine's Day flowers the day after. I asked to cancel the order. The worker said Ok. So I took my business elsewhere. The Ninth ... read more
