This was a yearly wellness visit. We discussed what preventative measures could be taken to keep me as healthy as possible. We also discussed a plan to quit smoking. I always come out of the office feeling like we have a good plan to maintain or improve my health for the next year. I feel as though I receive the best care possible as well as being treated with dignity and respect. I believe my Care Team is truly interested in my health and make suggestions to make it possible to live with the highest quality of life for me.
