My wife and I met Ruth Anne a little over a year ago when we were interested in downsizing and purchasing a condo. We were immediately impressed by her overall professionalism. Fast forward a year, we reached out to Ruth Anne to sell our home. Again, we were so impressed with her work ethic, market knowledge and being readily available when needed. We highly recommend her, whether your buying or selling your home.

Ruth Anne assisted me getting into a property in Mays Chapel North while I was still in SW Florida. I saw the property on Zillow and contacted her immediately. With last minute notice, she gave up her Sunday afternoon to walk through the property, taking a video of all the rooms for me.
