I called Atkins, to get me an appointment for dentures. My first appointment the doctor comes out to the lobby tells me that he is not going to accept me as a new patient mainly because I have piercings in my face. She advises me that I need to call my insurance and find another provider, even though her location is the only dentist that accepts my insurance. My teeth that my insurance paid for didn't fit my mouth and I didn't know that once you take the teeth out of the building they don't go back and fix the problem unless i wanted to pay for a new set

Call Medicaid fraud department!!! Very bad experience with dental care here. She talked me into getting all my back teeth on bottom and top removed as she stated they were unsalvageable. Told me they would save or restore the rest. Went to the oral surgeon she referred me to ,also a horrible experience.( he didnt even assess my mouth before surgery) Went back got the dentures molded. She then stated I needed crowns or root canal or extractions on remaining teeth. Knowing medicaid wont pay for another denture for 5 years. She... read more

Has a terrible personality, and made demeaning comments to my wife and son. Totally unprofessional, and not a skilled dentist. Don’t waste your time with this horrible person, worst dentist experience ever. She’s a zero star dentist.
