Bizarre environment. Patients actively disrespecting therapists to their faces. Clients begging for lighters in the hallway. Institution doesn't even have a proper psychiatrist. Absolute clownshow of an IOP Program, "therapy" offered worsened my symptoms. If you are ever to go inpatient, specifically request NOT going here.

What I experienced in this program was not just ineffective, but actively harmful. Please, please set up your system so I can finally pay my bills online. I beg of you. I love you all I truly do. But my only choices being sending my payment in or paying over the phone is such a monumental pain. Also I adore Mary Anne and Dr. Henry with every fiber of my being. Thank you both for your kindness and compassion. You're both so, so incredible and I'm so grateful for the work that you do. Really though Rutgers, let me pay online!! Please!!!

Samantha, Amanda, and Phoebe were amazing to talk to. Group Therapy was amazing and I could relate to my friends at UBHC Monmouth Junction. I was able to understand myself more and what they teach at the partial hospital was very helpful. Thank you!!
