If you are coming to this actual care, diagnosis and treatment, you WONT find it here. They will however order tests for you on whatever you ask. But you must come in prepared with tests and your goals in mind or they will stare at you and ask “so… what do you want us to do?”

A test result of mine came back abnormal I called multiple times each time I was transferred to a voicemail and nobody calls back. When someone finally called me she was making assumptions about the test and diminishing my concerns. Said someone would call me back to explain what was going on nobody ever called back and i'm in pain. Pain isn't for no reason clearly something isn't right. Maybe I need antibiotics and i'm not even being contacted for it! You don't take care of your patients.

What trash staff. This guy was on his phone 50 minutes. By the time we ask him how long it will take to take care of us he said you were here too early. I tried to explain we have been waiting already 40 he just give attitude saying it could be more time. Our appointment was 2:20 We got here at 2:00 it was 2:50. I have a 2 years child and he don't give a thing !!

I thought more of this medical facility at first when I brought my children, but after seeing how they do things, I am highly disappointed the first red flag was them losing my daughter‘s HIPAA forms, and the nursing team George and Malika blaming each other and also every time I had an appointment for my daughters it was a student in the room and dr.
