What trash staff. This guy was on his phone 50 minutes. By the time we ask him how long it will take to take care of us he said you were here too early. I tried to explain we have been waiting already 40 he just give attitude saying it could be more time. Our appointment was 2:20 We got here at 2:00 it was 2:50. I have a 2 years child and he don't give a thing !!

I thought more of this medical facility at first when I brought my children, but after seeing how they do things, I am highly disappointed the first red flag was them losing my daughter‘s HIPAA forms, and the nursing team George and Malika blaming each other and also every time I had an appointment for my daughters it was a student in the room and dr. Clean facility. I feel like Dr.Navia is well educated but I don’t like how everything is managed in this facility When you call your children PCP anyone should expect a call back from the doctor however days would pass and no call I left several messages and voicemails but no call backs and the staff lost my children HIPPA forms I should have seen the red flags when I had to educate the staff on how to get the previous records from the previous doctor and front staff putting the wrong information on my Children’s file like t... read more

They have gone from bad to completely useless . They used to prescribe a medication for my over sweating now they want me to jump through hoops and go see a specialist for it. We know the cause of my sweating is another medication this isn't a mystery I don't need to see a dermatologist for it. This practice is completely useless.
