I was referred to Dr. Ilya Berim by my pulmonologist because he performs a specific procedure he believes will help better diagnose my condition. Calling this office is difficult. Often nobody answers the phone. Messages must be left, and then maybe someone eventually gets back to you. Upon making my initial appt, I never received any calls, texts, or emails following up to confirm or allow me to check in prior. I instead called the day prior to make sure my appt was still on. I was recommended to Dr. Law by a trusted friend and neighbor. My first appointment was okay. However, a few months later, I found myself in the emergency room and called Dr. Law’s office to speak with someone from the medical staff. To my dismay, I overheard them discussing me. Perhaps the staff member thought that I was on hold. This was incredibly disheartening because I had heard such great things about the doctor and staff. Went to an appointment on the 4th for an ultrasound. Made me wait almost two hours without letting me know something I was missing an ultrasound script that wasn’t sent over from another clinic that referred me to that place. Then got gaslit by the front desk nurse saying she was trying to help me out by trying to fix the problem hours later. Mind you I would have never got called up if my husband didn’t go ask how much longer until I would get seen. Terrible service and overall a terrible place to go!

If I can give zero stars, I would. I came here for a simple physical exam as a teenager yet was groped unnecessarily by 4 doctors. A simple physical exam does not call for that many doctors—let alone the inappropriate conduct.
