lowkey bad. they kept randomly making more excuses to do stuff when we were stating we were leaving. they didn’t bring the papers for us to sign to go home. then one wasn’t listening. i’ve been since 3pm today and it’s 8:50 and the night shift started and people are leaving.

Coming here for the past 1 year for my daughters nose to see Dr. Hsueh (the best Dr) but I hate how I have to keep calling again and again for 1 appointment. I’ve been calling since February and it’s June. Their service takes my messages and tells me the office is busy and will call back for appointment. Never got a call back, instead I am still calling them. Will look somewhere else for a better understanding office.
