This place is a joke don't never use this company. They do what they want to do with your vehicle no matter what you tell them. Horrible customer service after I told them where to take my vehicle they still took my vehicle to their lot with out my permission. I than called to find my vehicle and they was screaming at me because I told them I didn't authorize them to take my vehicle to their lot poor customer service.

My father's vehicle, of which I was borrowing, was totaled when another driver pulled out in front of it on the highway. During this extremely stressful time of having to deal with everything that comes with an ordeal such as this, Rusty was a ray of light light in such a dark time. I had to call multiple times attempting to figure out how to handle everything with our difficult circumstances and was greeted with curticy, guidance and flexibility that went above and beyond; rather it was rust or one of his employees.
