Extremely rude, no basic social skills let alone any customer service, no consideration or even thought of basic handling of someone else’s property what so ever. I would rather total one of my vehicles over letting this company even look at any of my rigs again. Couldn’t even get my vehicle onto the flat bed! Not to mention the highway robbery of a tow bill when your only towing it 5 friggen miles and it was only 3 miles from their store front. Then to add the icing on the cake, my vehicle looked like it had been ran sacked... read more
