This review is based on facts and the only service that was done was changing a spare tire on an F350. It was the worst experience I have ever had with any towing or vehicle service work, and I have managed entire fleets of over 100 tractor trailers and 500 delivery trucks. I call Rusty's towing at approximately 4:50 p.m. on 7/18/25. I was informed the driver should be there in approximately 60 to 90 minutes. I did not receive a call back. Immediate response they got me towed off the road and into Peterbilt very quick and at a great reasonable rate. Me being and owner operator I appreciate that. Thanks Rusty! Definitely will use again if in this area! Thanks as well to the driver ! Gio was very professional as well!
Called in to get a tow. They didn't answer the phone in a professional manner. The dispatcher was delayed as if she were under the influence. I spent about 3 minutes talking in circles.
Great service! Im a tow operator from 100 miles north of Rustys and blew a power steering line. Called them up and they sent out their mobile mechanic Rick. He showed up within the 60 minute eta i was given and had me back on the road in no time. He did a great job! Thanks for the assistance!
