Tonight my driver had a breakdown issue with the truck and no one in Columbus area would help me with roadside assistance, I was even treated rudely because of my accent when speaking English because my native language is Spanish. They showed up after 3h saying that now is traffic and they have to wait 3 more hours!!! Dont call them, I find other one, they will be there in 1h and they are cheaper like double to winch out truck. Scammers!!!!

Their dangerous tow truck drivers like to road rage and be aggressive and try to run into you while driving on 270. Definitely would not recommend their services for hiring dangerous and incompetent drivers. Having a heavy duty wrecker try to run into you since they do not know how to merge lanes os insanity. Then you get flipped off by them. Then after you create distance to get away they come flying down the passing in an attempt to cut you off again. People that road rage should not be allowed commercial licenses.

Update: Rusty's towing did reimburse me for the experience. They at least make it right when something goes wrong. It definitely makes me more confident to use them again in the future knowing that people are not in the business of losing money, which will, in theory, lead to better experiences.
