I gave two stars because at least they have an answering machine hooked up to thier phone .. Basically they're like every other contractor in the 21st century. Too busy to call you back too busy to come and take your money. Look man I don't expect special treatment, just call me back tell me your too busy or can't do the job for whatever reason ..

I would not recommend getting service with this company. It was a total waste of my time. I took time off because the Owner Rusty said he would be here to fix my air conditioning but the guy didn't even show up. My warranty company and I were waiting for he's recommendation but he never submitted to them what he's finding or issues. I was driving the street three days after and I was right next to his vehicle. I then called his number but this guy didn't even pick up the phone! Called shop, within 1 hr Bill the tech was out , had my problem diagnosed and part ordered. Friendly and professional!

Affordable, congenial, professional and knowledgeable, very competent and excellent service! Would highly recommend this business! Came the same day we called, diagnosed problem quickly and solved it throughly. Also checked to be sure there were no other issues all in a reasonable time frame, at a very reasonable, affordable cost.
