The absolute worst This is the worst company I?ve ever had to deal with. Owner is arrogant and disrespectful and should not be running a business. Save yourself the hassle and find another company!
Good Plumber We have used Rusty's several times and never had a problem with them or their work. Prices were reasonable also.
Rip Off They charge for an estimate, but they do not tell you until they have come out. They charge for an hour and a half to drive to the Health Dept in Ocala. They tell you you need a new drainfield when you do not. They lie! They are a total Rip Off!
Poor quality work Installed toilet and a pedestal sink with nice chrome fittings and braided lines and left two inches of raw pvc pipe coming out of the wall showing on each water line - unfinished. Plumber was contacted minutes after leaving and said he would be back the next day to make it right and i have not heard from them since - not one call - i have left numerous messages and have not recieved one call back. If you need quality work and good communication they are not for you.
Exceptional Work We have used Rusty's several times. We have had septic tank service and toilet repaired. We have just purchased a new handicaped toilet and had it installed. They do wonderful work and thier prices can't be beat. Thanks Rusty's.
Happy Customer Very happy with their work. There are some shady plumbers in town but Rusty's prices are in line and his men do a good job. They are honest and explain what they have done after the job is done so their is no confusion.
