When quality does not matter are your guys. From leaving leaving exposed wires, uncovered switch plates, refrigerant pipes routed over my duct work crushing it, Dangling 120v power lines, Water over flow kill switches not hooked up(designed to keep my house from flooding), leaving AC trash in my attic and actually attempted to hide it. they left tools, new parts. Charged $1200+ for repair for a water heater and then said it couldn't be repaired and I need to by a new one. Only owners can give quotes and they have been unreachable for 3 days. Multiple calls and still no closer to getting hot water
For an air handler in attic, Rustys service person left hole in roof and directed condensate line into soffit line.
