Rusty's Chimney has always has given me great customer service & always on time, which is rare in the service industry. I have been dealing with them for a number of years. However, I just had my annual chimney & pellet stove cleaned today and now I am even happier with their service!! For the first time, we had the pleasure of having Rusty, the owner, come out. Don't even think about any other fireplace/chimney company. Rusty's put a cap on my chimney in 2009. The cap was blown off in a storm in 2016. When they came to my house to re-install it, they said "no charge," because they installed it seven years earlier. They also told me that my chimney did not need cleaning when they replaced the cap. You can trust this company 100%!!!
Kyle and Matt were just out to do my every other year check of my little wood stove. They were awesome! I've had this woodstove (which I bought when Rusty's was American Chimney) since about 2007. I love it! Kyle and Matt checked the stove out and cleaned everything out. Wonderful, professional, and courteous service. Thanks, guys!
