Russell J Baldwin was taught about the restaurant industry thanks his father Joe,graduate (1974 CIA) and current Organic Farmer and his mom Mary, who taught him the importance of attention to details and a good customer service. The combination all this led him create with only 26 years old the concept FAST FOOD & HEALTHY that we call today Rusty's Farm Fresh Eatery. We welcome you to enjoy our food!

Rusty's is a fantastic place to eat. Our office orders from there almost daily, as does the doctor. The freshness and quality of the food is outstanding.. The staff are always very pleasant and more than willing to help in any way they can to get your order just the way you want it. You really can't go wrong if you've chosen to stop in at Rusty's.

This is the best place in Red Hook! Everyone is so friendly. Service is so fast! Food is to die for! I will always come here.
Excellent tasting food made from local farms and products in Dutchess county! The prices are reasonable, too.

Great food and baked goods. The basil mayo is the greatest thing ever. They also have good gluten free bread and hamburger buns!
