We came home on a Saturday night at 6pm to no air conditioning. It was also a holiday weekend, so we were prepared to have to wait until Monday for service. Called Rusty and left a message. He called back right away and was able to come over within 15 minutes. He was able to fix our problem/maintenance issue within an hour and didn't even charge us for the overtime! I've been using this company for almost 10 years, and I am always happy with their professionalism, friendliness, and competence.

I would rate 6 stars if I could. May AC has been down in Florida for 17 days due to an incompetent HVAC contractor. We were at our wits end and called Rusty's AC on a Saturday morning. He promptly called me back within 10minutes. Even though I was not within his service area he spent 30+ minutes with me on the phone walking through diagnostics and helped narrow down the diagnosis and provided excellent guidance at no cost.
