Really nice folks and a great service department. My family has purchased 2 vehicles from this location and the process couldn't have been smoother. We bring them in for service there on the regular as well, never had any problems they couldn't fix. Reasonably priced for a dealership service department as well. They must be doing something right because there is always quite a few folks cycling through the waiting room at my visits, though everyone will say that they'll get you through quick, and they do!
The service department has proven to be lazy and incompetent. Total clown show.
Rusty Wallace Kia and everyone in the service department are the nicest people, very helpful and honest. I had a quarter size oil leak, so I took it there and they told me that who ever changed my oil last (another place did the oil change) didn't tighten the drain plug and it was a quart low, thank God they're honest because I was thinking the worst what it could've been, (I don't know anything about vehicles) so they could of said it was going to be a major repair, but they didn't and that's what keeps me coming back, and ... read more
They don't tell you that they are running behind and you might be waiting longer than normal. I wanted a key cut. After 2 hours of waiting they didn't cut the key. If they won't cut the key they should have told me before I waited 2 hours. They are completely committed to customer service and they are making good on it.
