I was blown away by the service at Rusty Wallace Kia in Alcoa. I had just moved the day before to Knoxville, when I had a problem with my Kia. I called and JP and Donna got me in and had my car back to me the next day as they knew I was going to be all alone in a new city without a car to get to my new job. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and will be coming back for all my service needs while I am here in Knoxville.
