Great customer service while waiting for my Kia for its oil change, etc. From the beginning to the end - 100% customer satisfaction. And the popcorn in the waiting room is great too!
Greg Taylor was congenial and welcomes negotiating! He said more than once that he values the customer relationship over the profit, and my experience sincerely reflects this. He respects the time and effort put into researching a vehicle's value. Should the right car find its way here in the future, I would not at all be opposed to working with him again!
