It’s been 17 weeks was originally told 6 to 7 weeks There’s been zero communication from Rusty staff. There’s still no word on my board was supposed to be done by this week. Still no word from anybody planned to take this board to the Philippines and Kandui it’s been a pretty big letdown trying to order a board from Rusty. Unfortunately, I would recommend get your surfboard elsewhere.
Rusty is an amazing shaper and known internationally
I walked into their store expecting to look around at their surfboards, and I left after having a one-on-one conversation with the man himself, Rusty, who helped design a custom surfboard for me. Unreal. Everyone I spoke with from the time I arrived (with Kieran hooking it up with an unexpected sit down with Rusty, and Jen keeping it light hearted with the jokes) was great.
