My dryer was not diagnosed properly. Steve inspected the unit while it was not even plugged in and did not take the time to properly test any of the internal components to determine the actual issue. After I specifically asked him to open the dryer, he proceeded to dent the unit and then made the egregious claim that virtually everything inside needed to be replaced, which was clearly inaccurate. Something positive for a change.... I want to highly recommend Steve at Rusty Hipp Appliances. He fought the battle with two of our Appliances, GE oven and LG refrigerator, and defeated both of them. He charged a fair price to repair them both. It took 3 trips to solve the mystery of the no-ice ice maker and charged nothing for the two extra trips to solve the intermittent issue (I hate those). I highly recommend him. You will find them online. Very friendly too.
