They get it done! Timely, personable and reasonable.
Showed up said computer on door of dishwasher gone due to lightning strike. Ask him to fill out paperwork for FPL to get my surge protection insurance. Took paper and waited and waited. Called many times "Oh I sent it" "Oh I'll send another one" Bottom line had to pay another repairman to get document signed. They cost me money I did not have to spend. When I asked for money back got a really snarky answer and no money. Use a Professional something they are not.
