Great service department. Always courteous and professional.
Did not have a very pleasant visit. When I arrived. The person I was supposed to check in with was no where to be found. So the person in the first stall. Asked what I needed. He was not happy to have to check me in. Was not pleasant at all. Got me checked in. And told me when I come back to check in at the third stall. They told me that they would call me when my truck was done. That did not happen. I went back to check out and again the person at the third stall was no where to be found. I needed an oil change and Rusty Eck was extremely busy. They understand the need people have to keep their car going and they were so helpful and friendly and I thought prices were very reasonable and they did a great job. Even though they were very busy they were able to get my car right away!!
