We were absolutely delighted with Rusty Campbell Services! This harsh winter definitely tested our heating system, and when we woke up to no heat, we called Rusty Campbell. Within just three hours, they were at our Rochester home and had the problem expertly fixed. The technician was incredibly professional and courteous, taking the time to explain everything clearly. We can't recommend Rusty Campbell Services enough – thank you
told me the heat exchanger was cracked. I then called RG&E and they said it was NOT and that they left the furnace in a dangerous condition by not putting all the parts back together. I would definitely not recommend them.
