Really good food, excellent service
Prices continue to go up and food quality continues to go down. I ordered a $19 BBQ chicken salad that was a little bit of lettuce, some cheese and crappy chicken. This salad used to be hand pulled tender chicken and the toppings were piled high. Disappointing to see a local chain go so far downhill. Service was still great. But quality and prices need attention.
This place has an interesting business concept: lure customers in and then ignore them. Waited patiently at the host counter thingy while staff made eye contact and then scurried off. It wasn't busy. Gave it a few mins and then bailed.
Staff refused to acknowledge or assist in seating guests. They would make eye contact and run away. Even after directly asking a staff member if we needed to wait to be seated, they said yes and did nothing. After 19 minutes of being staunchly ignored we went to another restaurant to get way better service.
