Order a steak, baked potato and the salad bar. You will enjoy it. That big fatty ribeye just doesn’t make good sandwich. A good piece of meat wasted on a boring bland disappointing sandwich. I wish I had ordered it as a steak with a bake potato on the side. The self-serve salad bar here has always been outstanding. Make sure you try it. My wife’s turkey sandwich was loaded with meat, but it too wasn’t anything to brag about. I have eaten many meals at this unique back-alley restaurant. Some damn good meals. I haven't been here since 1999. I was part of the crew that did the Conoco Y2K upgrade (Hello Lirpa, Mrs Tagliatella, etc). My sister and I still, 27 years later, talk about this being the best puece of steak we ever had. Fast forward 27 years and I'm moving back to Oklahoma. Wanna know what? I'm looking to see how far homes are from The Rusty Bucket. Yes, its that good, that i would make sure its within driving siatlltamce 25 plus years later!!!!!
