I would never refer Russell Bacak to anyone. His staff is very rude and he has no desire to really listen to you nor does he really seem compassionate about what’s going on with you. What’s really sad is he claims to be a believer but his actions do not show it as a caregiver.
Well I never even got to experience having Dr. Bacak as a doctor (which I've only heard good things about). His staff is so very rude. I've never been treated like that by anyone in my life and we will be changing doctors because of it. I hope he sees the several reviewers here saying the same thing and deals with the staff he's hired.
Excellent Dr. Not happy with his staff though. They are rude, talk over you when you call to ask a question and do not return phone calls. I have to wonder if he is aware and condones this in his staff. Will be making an appointment soon and will discuss it with him. Depending on his response I will decide whether to continue using him as our family doctor. I really like him and don't want to change doctors but I will not tolerate the kind of rudeness his staff dishes out.
DR. BACAK IS TRULY A TALK THE TALK, WALK THE WALK, MAN OF GOD. HE IS WITHOUT A DOUBT, THE VERY BEST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER HAD. HE ALSO TOOK CARE OF MY PARENTS BEFORE THEIR DEATHS, AND WENT FAR BEYOND WHAT MOST OTHER DOCTORS WOULD HAVE DONE FOR THEM. HE CAME TO THEIR HOME SEVERAL TIMES, HIS FAMILY CAME TO VISIT MOM WHEN SHE WAS DYING IN THE NURSING HOME, AND HE SHUT HIS OFFICE DOWN AND CAME TO THEIR FUNERALS. HE TREATED MY GRANDSON YEARS AGO FOR FREE BECAUSE CHRIS HAD NO INCOME. GOD BLESS!
