The visit was good, the problem comes from no follow up phone call or contact from anyone that cares about lab values that way exceeds normal range. This is a lab test that I had concerns about that was discussed with Dr and once I received my results was disappointed that there was no follow up. Surprised and disappointed at the same time. It seems like the only time there is communication from anyone is when there is a bill pending or statement due amounts.
Receptionists and doctor were friendly. First visit and I was so worried, scared, and anxious. They seem to put me a calm me .
First visit but Dr Jennings made me feel at ease and listened to me and my issues. Nurse could have been a little friendlier. All the other staff were great.
As always, Dr. Jennings is professional, thorough and thoughtful - a man whom loves his chosen profession! Would recommend very highly!
