Took my husband for his 50th Birthday. We had a blast and learned a lot in one afternoon.
This was an afternoon in Manhattan that I can never forget...it's been a few years, and I still highly recommend a class or several for anyone that loves Italian cuisine, frankly, who wouldn't. The participation in the cooking from start to finish and the opportunity to chill and enjoy the meal with some great wine and new friends was completely delicious and I hope to get back there some day again, this time WITH my daughter, the source of my experience. Just got back from an afternoon of cooking Tuscan Summer Classics with Micol. This was a wonderful way to spend an afternoon; Micol is not only a great teacher but full of really useful tips. And, most important these are recipes that I would really make at home; easy to prepare and delicious to savor with family and friends.
A fabulous experience and great food! Everyone has fun in the Rustico kitchen.
