The whole day was a surprise for all of us. We thought we were going to a surprise party for my girlfriend. We were surprised to find to that we were going to cook the spectacular meal. We had so many laughs and learned so much. The food was delicious. It was a wonderful experience and we will never forget it. I highly recommend this to anyone who likes to eat.

Learned so much in just one evening. So many great cooking tips and recipes, cook and no cook sauces, the Cavatelli with Tuna, Tomatoes and Mint is going to become a family staple in our home pantry. Micol spent a good amount of time at the end answering all kinds of questions, interesting most were around Olive oil. Micol and Dino are just a wonderful team, a great way to spend the evening in NYC with a friend or partner and enjoy making wonderful food together. Overall disappointing. Read some of the reviews on Yelp for additional context. Fun as a social dinner but don't expect to learn anything and the price point for private events is extremely high.
