Very disappointed. Not professional. This appointment started off strong the owner seemed very friendly. I showed her pictures of what I wanted and I thought we were on the same page. The hair wash was fine yet as soon as we got to the cutting chair it started to go downhill. She was very rough with blow drying my hair. I have thick hair and a tough scalp but she was literally pulling my hair! I did ask for bangs but curtain bangs down to my cheekbones/ears and they landed right at my eyebrows when she cut them! I got a headspa treatment and it was SO relaxing (i even dozed off for a second) . This one was better than any that I have had before. Scheduling was easy. Parking was right in front of the shop. The space was decorated so perfectly! There was a small waterfall in the room which i find to be the most relaxing sound. She blow dries and does your hair when she's done (or at least that was included in the package I purchased). Booking my next appointment now! I have found a new addiction
