great shop, great atmosphere, good hair cut, Arielle is wonderful!!!
Very disappointed. Not professional. This appointment started off strong the owner seemed very friendly. I showed her pictures of what I wanted and I thought we were on the same page. The hair wash was fine yet as soon as we got to the cutting chair it started to go downhill. She was very rough with blow drying my hair. I have thick hair and a tough scalp but she was literally pulling my hair! I did ask for bangs but curtain bangs down to my cheekbones/ears and they landed right at my eyebrows when she cut them!
