Lived at the apartments for over two years. Landlords always made sure everything worked. if I ever move back up to Prescott, I'll definitely try to get an apartment at rustic ridge again.
Great place, lived in the Dell's at Rustic Ridge for 6mo. Enjoyed every day. Fishing hiking and natural beauty all around. Found the Cutter's to be fair and respectful. Overall a terrific experience.
Amazing place with incredible landlords who are kind and always quickly responsive to any request. I've lived here almost 2 years and have loved every minute of it. The Granite Dells are gorgeous with plenty of outdoor activities to do, including hiking, kayaking, and rock climbing. It's quiet, relaxing, and the weather is simply gorgeous. I'd recommend to anyone to come by and stay at Rustic Ridge, whether for vacation or a long-term stay!
Wonderful location in Prescott’s Granite Dells with unique hiking trails and golf courses nearby. Owners are friendly and super accommodating; Rustic Ridge is creatively furnished, comfortable, and well-supplied with all the comforts of home.
Owners charged me ridiculous prices for living here. They were nice at first, but I soon realized that they only cared about the money. Attached is a document outlining all their charges. Ridiculous charges include: - $300 cleaning fee (for a place that's <500 sqft) - $85 for 4 loads of laundry - $50 for desk (which we gave them) Also note, I had cockroaches during my stay. Buyer beware.
